Simple Order Form

There are many times an organization has to arrange to sell a small number of items to a large group of people.

One example is when a school needs to offer a package of school supplies to a large group of parents. A simple online order form can be used to simplify an otherwise enormous task. Instead of hundreds of paper order forms and hundreds of checks, a simple database and online payments would be created.

The person responsible would no longer have to sift through hundreds of paper order forms in order to place the order - and would not have to create deposit slips for hundreds of checks.
