How do I download an application?

The application is formatted as a PDF file. This file type requires Adobe Acrobat in order to view and print it. If you already have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer, you may simply press the Download Application button below. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat already installed on your computer, you will need to download and install it.

How do I know if my computer already has Adobe Acrobat Reader installed?

You can test your computer now to see if you have Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking on this link: test PDF document. If the document opens up and you can read it, your computer already has Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. If you get a message which asks what you want to do with the file, you will need to download Adobe Acrobat. This can be acquired at no charge.

Once I have downloaded and installed Adobe Acrobat, how do I print the application?

1. Simply click on Download Application again and the application will come into view.
2. Then press the Print button, but be sure you press the print button within Adobe Acrobat and not your browser's print button.
3. Once the Print window opens, be sure to change the properties of your printer and choose Legal size paper.
